What files will I receive? You’ll receive high-resolution (300 DPI) JPEG files in multiple size ratios. DPI stands for “dots per inch, which measures print quality. 300 DPI ensures your artwork prints sharp and clear, even at larger sizes.
What do the size ratios mean? Each ratio corresponds to a set of standard print sizes. Choose the file that matches your frame size:
- 1:1 ratio → 5x5, 8x8, 10x10, 12x12, 16x16, 20x20, 24x24 inches
- 2:3 ratio → 4x6, 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36 inches
- 3:4 ratio → 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 15x20, 18x24 inches
- 4:5 ratio → 8x10, 11x14, 16x20 inches
- 5:7 ratio → 5x7, 10x14, 15x21, 20x28 inches
- 11x14 ratio → Exact 11x14 inches
How do I print my artwork? You have several options:

- Local print shops like FedEx, Staples, Office Depot, or Costco

What type of paper should I use?

Why does my print look different on screen vs. on paper? Colors can vary slightly depending on monitor settings, printer type, and paper choice. For the best results, we recommend professional printing on matte or luster paper.
Can I use this file commercially? No. All artwork is for personal use only. You may print it for yourself or as a gift, but resale or distribution is not allowed.
